If andalusite or cordierite is added to the high aluminum brick, the temperature of this special refractory brick is between 1350 and 1500℃.
Refractory bricks of common clay heat shock well, used for general kiln lining. The operating temperature is about 1250℃. If it is a low gas clay brick, it can be used in glass kilns and some special kiln linings. The operating temperature is above 1350℃. If andalusite or cordierite is added to clay firebrick, the use temperature is above 1400℃.
The use temperature of corundum refractory brick is higher, which is used above 1700℃. And the intensity is high. Corundum refractory brick reinto silicon carbide refractory brick, not only high temperature resistance, good strength, but also excellent wear resistance. If it is alkali refractory brick, the general alkali refractory brick temperature below 1200℃. If it is magnesium alkaline brick, the use temperature is between 1500-1650℃.
If it is a light clay firebrick series, the temperature used in the insulation area is in the range of 1000-1200℃. If it is a lightweight high-aluminum firebrick, it is used in the insulation area. It has a heat preservation effect and the use temperature is between 1200-1350℃. It can only be used for insulation and not on the working floor. Used in the insulation layer or mullite polylight firebrick, the use of temperature between 1400-1500℃. If it is alumina hollow spherical firebrick, it can be used as a thermal insulation area, and it can also be directly used as a working layer, and the use temperature is 1600-1700℃.
