The discharge belt generally uses A1203 content of 70%-80% of high aluminum brick, heat shock high aluminum brick, spinel brick and magnesia chrome brick; The discharge port uses high alumina brick, and sometimes also uses silicon carbide brick.

(2) Firing zone:

Magnesium chrome brick, sodium polyphosphate bonded magnesia brick, alkali resistant brick and direct bonded magnesia brick are generally used.

(3) Transition zone:

The zone is adjacent to the firing zone, the temperature changes frequently, the simplified temperature is high, the kiln skin is off when hanging, the chemical erosion is serious, commonly used high aluminum brick, direct bonded magnesia brick, ordinary magnesia chrome brick and spinel brick.

(4) Cooling belt:

General selection of magnesia chrome brick, high alumina brick, phosphate bonded high alumina brick and magnesia alumina spinel brick.

(5) Decomposition belt:

The parts connected with the pre-heat belt can be made of various quality clay bricks, high aluminum bricks, and ordinary magnesia-chrome bricks; High alumina brick, ordinary magnesia-chrome brick or spinel brick can be used in high wear and high temperature areas connected to the transition zone.

(6) Pre-tropical:

To have sufficient alkali and heat resistance, generally choose alkali resistant thermal insulation clay bricks.

(7) Preheater system:

Generally, alkali resistant clay bricks are used in the straight barrel, the core part and the connecting pipe of the preheater and the calciner.

(8) Cooling machine system:

The refractory materials used in the grate cooling system are refractory bricks, light castable, heat-insulating bricks and heat-insulating plates. In the high temperature area, ordinary magnesia-chrome brick and high-aluminum brick are used. Medium and low temperature areas can be used clay bricks.
